Hypnosis is a natural state of mind; one which people move in and out of every day. Hypnosis has been scientifically proven to be effective in creating change in certain repetitive behaviours including smoking and weight loss, stress reduction, motivation and pain control plus many more!

Coaching is a highly effective and rapid means of releasing the hidden potential of people, helping them reach goals and objectives quickly. The Coach creates a relationship that endeavours to bring about an awakening in the coachee enabling them to transform to higher than realised levels of existence thereby creating a more fulfilling and meaningful future.

NLP Coaching is all about rebuilding personal and professional behaviours and strategies. Like all coaching it’s a collaborative endeavour between coach & coachee to assist the latter to reach their goals in their context. NLP techniques are all geared towards achieving one thing – reprogramming the mind to achieve and replicate excellence.

NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming:

  • Neuro – the nervous system through which our experience is processed internally via our 5 senses of visual, auditory, kinaesthetic, olfactory, & gustatory
  • Linguistic - the manner in which we communicate with people – how we code those neural experiences and give them meaning
  • Programming – the manner in which we interpret and perceive the world and how we do things to live and succeed

In other words, NLP is how to use the language of the mind to consistently achieve specific and desired outcomes.

NLP is not a theoretical science – it’s a practical one which requires practice under the direct supervision of a qualified trainer and Master Coach.
